The year was 2017, when a lovely midwife from Valencia met a crazy physiotherapist from everywhere and nowhere really. Between endless shifts in the NHS they matched one evening on a dating app and started chatting. Following a gruelling interrogation process Becky was able to convince Maria she did actually know the correct ingredients of a Valencian paella and was allowed to continue in the process.
